  • Owner/Lead Trainer

    As owner of T&E Technical Training, I strive to provide world class, customized training to your facility. I have over 20 years of experience in the maintenance field as a millwright with a primary focus on the phosphate industry. I live in Central Florida with my wife, three adult children and one grandson. In my leisure time I enjoy traveling and scuba diving.


  • Owner/Chief Operating Officer

    With over 20 years of experience as an emergency nurse, I have developed impeccable organizational and critical thinking skills. I have used these skills over the years to plan and execute many events. I have been a board member of the Take Heart Project for over 8 years, assisting with their annual 5k event. I strive to make every transaction with T&E Technical Training a smooth interaction. In my spare time, I enjoy scuba diving and spending time with my family.

  • Shawn Moseley

    TRAINER

    Shawn Moseley is an electrician with over 25 years of residential, commercial and industrial experience. He started his career in the US Army and spent three years as a combat arms tanker, honing his organization and leadership qualities. He has sharpened his leadership characteristics in the various mechanical supervisory roles he has held. Shawn has specialized in the industrial applications of electrical principles. One year of experience of teaching in the public education system laid a groundwork for his love of training. For the past 18 years, his strengths have garnered the recognition of his employers and he became a key trainer for incoming apprentices. When Shawn is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, hunting and fishing.

  • Chris Finley

    TRAINER

    Chris Finley has over 25 years of industrial maintenance experience. He started his career in the US Army and spent 8 years as a 13 Mike tank commander. Chris worked as an industrial maintenance mechanic for several years before taking on leadership roles such as supervisor, reliability engineer and mechanical maintenance instructor. He has a passion for learning new things and teaching others. Chris lives in central Florida with his wife and three children. When he is not working, he enjoys spending my time with his family, traveling and spending time on the water.
